Yes, that’s a familiar situation…. one great way to overcome it is FOCUS on the negative! In other words, try to remember that pain of regret and how low and powerless you feel once the girl is walking away, and once you face the same situation in the future, try to remember immediately how it will feel once she leaves and that it’s worse than any rejection.

Thanks Arkady, I want to confess a thing, I ‘ve seen lately in a train a girl I was in that moment really atracted to ( never seen a girl like her before and yet I ‘m always in a radar mode), I’ ve spent my time to see her talking to her friend(girl)during the travel I was few seat behind…. I didn’t have the dare to approach her….feel ed off…. regret is painfull…it would be cool if we can buy courage in supermarket….some advices?

actually.. I notice …
actually.. I notice everything about a guy’s room.. I like really guys who keep their places neat. If there’s dirty stuff lying around.. that’s pretty gross..
Even if I like the guy.. how he treats everything (his living space, things) matters a lot.
